Get Your Listings from First MLS on Your Site! 

Following these steps will get an IDX feed flowing on your new website! First MLS (FMLS) grants IDX approval to an individual agent for a single website. Market Leader enables an agent's use of the MLS feed after it validates all the paperwork and receives approval from the MLS. 

----- HERE'S HOW -----

1. Initiate Approval in FMLS.com Portal

  • Login to FMLS.com
  • Navigate to My FMLS > Marketplace > Browse Products
  • Select Market Leader from list. 
  • A product details screen will appear for you to provide your details and confirm your subscription with Market Leader. 

FMLS has put together a video walk through for Agents which details the process for searching and subscribing to a vendor's product. 

2. Receive an Email from FMLS

FMLS will send an email to you and Market Leader letting us know that you have an approved subscription. The subscription will appear in your active subscription list within Marketplace in the FMLS.com Portal. Market Leader will then have your IDX feed setup on your website as soon as possible.

 Important things for you to know: 
  • If you have purchased advertising from Market Leader, we need to have an active IDX feed on your site in order to start providing leads.
  • You must be an active member of this MLS in order to access the IDX feed. This MLS audits the user list of its feeds.
  • This MLS might bill you directly for assessing its feed. If so, this MLS notifies Market Leader to disable its feed for agents whose accounts are not current.
  • The feed will allow you to display listing addresses on your website.
