Set Agent Expectations

When you start using the system and anytime you add an agent to the system, set expectations with the agent. Be clear about the tasks that an agent must do and how often they must do them. At a minimum, agents should log in every day to check for messages and new contacts. Agents should respond to email messages and new contacts within 12 hours. You can check agent performance using the performance evaluator or see their activity under the agents tab.
