Listing Alert Campaign

The Listing Alert Campaign view enables you to edit the text of automatic, followup email messages for contacts that have not set up a listing alert or have not sent email to you. The Market Leader system sends these automated emails on a 2 week, 1 month, 3 month schedule.

By default, the Listing Alert Campaign requires no action on your part. If you want to change any of the default text, you can use this tool to change it.

To Edit Listing Alert Campaign Email Text

This procedure assumes you are already logged into the Market Leader Admin user interface.

  1. In the navigation list, click Email.

    The view displays the Listing Alert Campaign view by default. This view includes a text area input field for each of the three follow-up email messages (i.e. 2 Weeks, 1 Month, and 3 Months).

  2. For each follow-up type, compose the message text to suit your preferences.
  3. When you are finished, click Save Changes.

    You can always revert to the default text by clicking Revert to default text.
