Introduction

Same as current Intro content with minor edits.

Philosophy

  • Address first needs first. Who/what/where am I? Setup? Use? I am a glutton for punishment. Is there more?
  • Topic titles match UI features. Use text to describe what the feature is for.
  • In Using section, one topic per feature, but clearly label role-specific content.
  • Scale back on bulleted lists. For example, ULs that are really DLs (ie Changing Information on the Consumer Site).
  • Verify procedural content for terminology (e.g. Sign out vs Logout)
